Internal Clutter Busting is a synthesis of tools I learned during my quest to move beyond limitations to mastery of my life. Decrees:	Decrees are a form of prayer that are energized by speaking the name of God: I AM. They are much more effective than traditional forms of prayer because you are expressing the love, power and authority of God working through you to change a life situation or manifest miracles. Decrees can be lengthy or short and can be used independently or in conjunction with Feeling Based Prayer. Feeling Based Prayer:	Feeling Based Prayer does not beseech or bargain. Rather it claims your miracles by decree. It provides a way for the gifts of the body's spirit wisdom to be a guide to greater wholeness and powerful living.
Angelic Attunement:	During your training, you may experience a feeling and/or receive a symbol that will attune you with the Angelic Host. This feeling or symbol will allow you to continue using Internal Clutter Busting after your session to enhance the work you accomplished.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT):	Developed by Gary Craig, EFT is a system of tapping on the master meridian points to balance out your body and rewire your brain’s pathways. It can be used to heal emotional traumas and fears that adversely affect your physical and mental well-being and performance.
BioSpiritual Focusing:	The term BioSpiritual Focusing comes from two Jesuit priests who broadened Dr. Eugene Gendlin's Focusing process by recognizing and using its spiritual component. You can use this method to access intuition, and the spirit wisdom of the body for transformation and healing. In Internal Clutter Busting, we use this awareness as a basis for allowing Spirit and the Angels to transform self-sabotaging or limiting beliefs so you can achieve soul restoration and manifest your miracles.
Spiritual Direction:	An encounter with God working through both of us, as client and Spiritual Director. Prayer elevates the discussion so that you gain insights into life’s experiences and your spirituality, resulting in expanded awareness. Spiritual Direction is a service offered by many faith traditions.
